No it's Beautiful Widgets (Android Market $2.93 US)
Under Weather Skins go to the Download Skins tab. simplesolid by Alex Burtson.

Hi! Yes it is Beautiful Widgets. I am using the "honeyclock" skin by Alex Burtson for my clock and "Vos-Glass" by Vostradamus for my weather.

I can't seem to find it, did you get it off the market or something? This'll look great on my Thunderbolt

edit: Okay, I found it, but how did you make it look like that, Mines just looks small and like solid black. Did you put the superclock or the home weather widget? How exactly did you do it?

It's the SuperClock 4x1 widget. I set the background to be totally transparent on the appearance settings.

I got my current wallpaper off Google searches. I can't remember which site this came from nor the search terms I used to find it sorry. Attached the wallpaper in case you wanted it.

Beautiful Widgets is a set of widgets that can be bought at the Android Market. Once you purchase it, you can install different themes to customize those widgets inside the app.

My homescreen launcher is also customized. For that, I used LauncherPro. It's free from the Android market.
