The Lines battery widget has a few options available to change it around.
It can be circular with a percentage inside or the colors can be changed around for the indicators and so on.

Only had the phone for 3 days, but it's the first UI I've used in a while that's kept me away from nova.

Will no doubt change it soon, but I really like a lot of the stock EMUI stuff.
