sholes 2.0.6 live wallpapers

Im loving this rom so far, been running live wallpapers sense last night no problems so far. I even re dld GDE and its working very snappy with no force closes anymore OCd
Do the wallpapers interact in GDE?
I know I can use them on dxTop but they are not interactive when touched.

you don't have a choice with the new 1.0 you get live wallpaper and no smoked glass.. hope that changes...

me too.. really like the look of smoked glass or anything besides stock

I have to say that I really like the live wallpapers because it makes the phone interactive in some interesting ways but since there really isn't any amazing live wallpapers (my own opinion) out that I just have been sticking to a static wallpapers since late last night. i wish there were more options out

There is, if you are running 2.1 or are running the latest sholes rom. Just searched the marke and the wallpapers showed up.

The wallpapers interact with dxTop home.
Don't know about GDE. But the last version of the wallpapers did not interact with dxTop.

ya I tried a few of them last night but nothing amazing. the only one I somewhat like is the 3d stars but aside from that nothing really stand out. I mean that's just my opinion and all but I just wish there were others out there

I have the dm 1.0 and my live wallpaper only shows up on the lock screen, anyideas I'm using home++

They are interactive with GDE. So cool! I would suggest overclocking though.

I'm going to wait until the next release and see if they will release it with a smoked glass theme. I was checking out their forums earlier today and their was a whole thread maybe 3 pages long on that one subject alone. So you and I are not alone on that subject

Maybe in the next few days they will post it for everyone to enjoy. I'm sure they will though, it seems to be a very popular theme. It make my homescreens look kicka-- though !!

edit: my battery sucked today....didnt use my phone at all,and im at about 20 %. fully charged at 9 am. anyone else?

Ok, I have been debating and debating and debating on rooting (yes, I am sure there are a billion threads on it, but this one is most active).

Now, I know the possibility is teeny tiny itty bitty of it hurting the phone, but that is too much of a concern to me.


Now I have Best Buys Black Tie for it, and I have been reading over the T&C for it. And I quote; "unauthorized modification" will not be covered.

So let me ask everyone here, is this unauthorized modification? What if I want to remove the root and the rom completely? I know you can "unroot" and there is a thread on it (although i've lost it). But does it remove it totally and 100%?

Please, shed your wisdom upon me as I do not want to shell out $600 for a new phone.

Weird, my battery life has improved.

So has mine.

I also keep a spare battery all charged up, so this is never an issue for me.
