Shortcut or widget to mobile network?

Is there a way to have a shortcut or widget for mobile network or the data packet?

Sure would make it easier turning on/off for those of us with limited data plans instead of going to settings>wireless and network>mobile networks>use data packet.

My sons HTC has a widget for his, but my galaxy doesn't show a way to do it that I can find.

Found it. It's a data enabler widget.
