should I answer app

I downloaded this yesterday, right after had clock come up on notification bar and every so often tells me can't connect my att contacts when my phone is on mobile network. I assume it's all related to the app. I uninstalled the app. But still getting these things.
Anyone know whats
going on and how to fix it?
