I take it this is a work phone you are talking about? I wouldn't worry too much about doing this. DroidXcon's ODIN packages make getting more out of your phone pretty much fool proof. And as you can see there is a ton of support here to help you through the process and any problems or questions you may have.

No this is a personal phone just have some pretty important stuff on it!!! But we wont go there!!!

Yes this support is amazing!! If only the rest of the worl worked like this we'd all be happier in working all these problems out!!!

Thanks Johnly. I'm just a dumb guy who has caught on to the whole rooting, flashing thing pretty quick and I understand a ton now about the actual process. But I'm not as tech savvy as I would like and all this rfs, ext4, .bin talk is still over my head and I don't know as much about the technical side of all of this. So any new info on any of the tech side I can read and learn is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
