Should I buy htc 10 or else samsung galaxy s7?

My vote would be with the HTC 10. It's really solid and should last you a long time. The S7 has a smaller screen so portability is a tiny tiny bit easier.
And if you don't like the headphone being there, you can always wait for the HTC Bolt. ^_^
