Should i buy the Google Pixel 3 or the 4xL

If you're not in a hurry for a new phone, wait for the leeks to come in. Leeks have already begun, but they're not reliable yet.

Also keep in mind that it's a good idea to wait for the bugs to get found and fixed before buying a new Pixel phone. I have the first Pixel XL and am waiting to see what the leeks come up with before deciding on a Pixel 3 XL or a Pixel 4 XL. I'm getting updates until October 2019, so if I decide to get the Pixel 4 XL it wouldn't be until January 2020.

Its totally up to you. The pixel 3 will be running the same system and getting the same updates etc, The Pixel 3 already has one of the best camera's in the market. Yeah the Pixel 4 will have some new features, but are they deal breakers? Only you can decide that.

As others stated, it's up to you. The 3XL will be cheaper and is a very capable phone(even a year later). If $$$ is not object and you want the latest the get the P4XL. Personally that is the one I have my eyes on.
