Should I get the Nexus 5 as a replacement for my Nexus 4 or the LG G2?

Replacement for Nexus 4

I need to replace my Nexus 4 and I was thinking about the Nexus 5. LG G2 is on sale on T_mobile site for around $250. It has 32 gb and much cheaper than Nexus 5. Should I stick with Nexus or get LG? I use it for businesses and I donot do games.

Thanks,

Go with the G2. It's a significant upgrade from Nexus 4 and IMO better than Nexus 5. G2 has nice screen, great battery life and good camera. If you don't like the UI it's easy to root G2 and flash AOSP custom ROM.

My Nexus has Lollipop and the stock LG G2 is 4.2. I think I can download and install 4.4. I heard there custom apps on LG G2, are they good? Will I miss the Lollipop?

Yeah, quick memo which allows you to write notes on top of screenshots is pretty good. Slide aside and Qslide are also useful features. KK performs very well on G2, but you can root and flash LP custom ROM like CM 12 if you really miss it.

Thanks for the help. Purchased it last night, for $250 you cannot beat it and I can unlocked it after 40 days. I viewed some G2 intro on YouTube and LG custom app is not that bad at all. I am happy camper now. :)
