Should I hold off on installing OTA KitKat?

I have heard a few folks having small issues/bugs here and there. Have they been sorted out yet? I don't mind waiting since I just got it and nothing is wrong with it as is. Just wondering if there are real reasons to hold off.

Could have sworn I read about people discovering small bugs here and there. App incompatibility is another thing.
