Should I wait to get the rumored Nexus 5 on Sprint or get the HTC One?

That's how it's supposed to be. The S4 is 13 MP in 4:3 and 9.6 MP in 16:9

I figured its a software choice since the 8MP mode is 4:3 on this camera and I don't remember my Nexus being 4:3 at that resolution. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I guess if the S4 is also choosing it that way it is what it is supposed to be.
