Should my Google Nexus 5 overheat?

i am using google nexus 5 from 1 month and my phone gets little heated while playing games.So is this problem common in every phone? Or do i need to get check my phone from sevice centre?

A little bit of heat is normal when playing a game.

Games tend to tax the GPU and even the CPU sometimes, which will generate some heat.
