Show us your S22 cases!

I'm so glad you got this case! I'd been wanting to see what it looked like in more of a real life to see how much blue showed through. I really like it.
It's solid!!! Worth the money for sure. I like the uniqueness

Do you get it for the extra cooling for gaming, or more just for the looks? Just wondering if you think it's marketing or if it actually helps your phone run cooler.

For the looks. The inside of the back is covered, so I don't know how much cooling this case does.....

Yeah, I don't game either, and was more interested in the looks too. LOL

I was a little curious though if that graphite and silicone extra layer system actually did anything.

Good question, but I really couldn't say as I don't game that much either. The case itself is pretty slim (slim and medium) which I like.

Already got compliments on it, as it is very "eye catching".

I am very pleased that my old leather case by PDair for my Pixel 3 fits my new S22 perfectly. Both are almost identical in size except that the Pixel had rounded edges. That makes it an even better fit for the S22. PDair's website doesn't appear active currently, but point being, I believe a case such as mine for the Pixel 3 can work well.

I prefer a sleeve to protect the screen and lenses better, as I pocket the camera trail running, cycling and on my dirt bike. I did get a screen protector as well.

I present to you, the world's ugliest case.. Hahaha, this case is not for esthetics not does it provide much protection for the phone but it does pack a 10,000ma battery. Does it add weight? Does it add bulk? Is water wet? Hell yes! But surprisingly enough, it's comfortable in the hand.

Supports data sync as well, BUT not Gen 2, 3.1 cables.. You know, the ones that support 10Gbps data and high speed file transfers. At least, that is what I've experienced.

The case will charge your phone at standard charging speeds (in other words, not fast). If you plug a charging cable, it will charge your phone and the case, but your phone will still charge at standard speeds regardless of your adapter. Bummer. You can also charge the case wirelessly... but also at regular speed and not fast. So ya get it? Nothing is fast.

But I got it mainly for the few times I need constant juice if I'm recording a lot of video and having a battery pack and cable would hinder my recording. Otherwise no way is this my go to case..unless I need a work-out.

It's good if you don't want to carry something separate and don't mind the weight. But if you can deal with a battery pack and cable, then I'd stick with that route. I have a 10k ma pack that supports superfast charging that will do the job quickly. I'd sort of really think of situations where having it plugged in is going to be a hinderance and you don't have an hour or so to let your phone charge.

BTW, Samsung Pay and NFC works!

Hahaha!! Yes, this is only going to be used on those special times I can't stop using the phone and even those days, I usually would just plug it in to my pack and continue to use. But, I sometimes record video for a few hours continuously and that makes plugging it in harder so this would help. Yes, you did the right thing by shielding your S22 ultra from this display of art. :)

Haha indeed and not a bad idea ...

This looks like a battery case made for the HTC Thunderbolt from some years ago. It was the first LTE enabled phone and had a SOC of about 10 minutes with standby time of about 20 minutes. Exaggerated times, yes, but that phone had horrible battery stats. There was a replacement back for that phone that looked al.ost exactly like the one above, it had a huge hump in the middle.

The Thunderbolt had lots of issues and the release issues with that phone are an entire story too long for telling here. If you're a long time member here you may remember that pre-relrase forum with thousands of posts.

Anyone bought a wallet case? I'd like find one that camera lens enclosed. And not magnetic, I read the magnetic closure would interfere with spen. Anyone found one they like?

This would be good for vacations or camping when you don't know when you'll be able to power up again.

Have you seen the Ringke Folio Signature? It doesn't have the lenses covered, but it may work for you.

Thanks. It looks nice, but it's like the one I got from Samsung, in that it won't stay closed if dropped. I just wish the camera lens were enclosed.
I'm looking at one that has snap closure, so as long as it's snapped it should stay closed I'f dropped.
Not that I drop my phone often. Lol

Speck Presidio 2 Grip. Excellent grip, buttons, front glass protection, fit and feel. Overall this is a fantastic case. This case has some of the best side glass protection in any case I've tried so far. Speck did away with the raised rubber ridges on the back and now only on the sides which is fine with me. Case lays nice and flat on the back. Got the gray one but worried about it getting dirty, maybe I should exchange it for the flat black?
I'm using the Whitestone Dome glass and ESR rear camera protectors and everything fits and works perfect with this case.
Here are some pics:
