The calendar app is Pure Calendar Widget and it's a paid one, but completely worth it cuz it has LOTS customization options.

Bought this yesterday and really love it. The fully transparent theme is fantastic. I've had problems getting the data to re-load after changing scenes, though. Is that what the Hero/Eris reboot bug option is for?

Shore is. It only allows you one widget, which since adding the Astrid stuff kinda sucks cuz I want two heh, but it loads just fine

From everywhere I have looked it seems that it is the Power Control widget from Android 2.1, guess I will just have to wait or root

You are correct. Wait or root with Donut or higher (I believe, dunno if someone has found a workaround in 1.5 yet)

correct it is the power control widget from 1.6 but skinned to look like the 2.1 version. i am running aosp 1.6 rom

I wanted a simple homescreen, but then I had it and it needed some balance to it. So, I added the frames with the wallpaper in it. FYI, I am a pro photographer and I went to school for art. So, I should be able to make some pleasing themes/scenes if I had the energy to learn about the SDK and stuff.
