Shut Down Issue

Hello, so I got my gear S2 on Friday for my birthday. From the moment I took it out of the box it keeps shutting itself down. It doesn't give any warning, just shuts down and doesn't come back up until I hold the power button. I have been to the local Samsung store and they wont help as it wasn't bought from them. Customer services are sending me a jiffy bag so I can send it back to get it repaired. In the meantime I decided to keep wearing it and I seem to have narrowed a few things down. If I put the watch on when it has been off say overnight and turn it on it will shut down within half hour. This morning I put it on and left it for about 15 minutes before I turned it on and its been working a treat and hasn't shut down. Is there a temperature thing that could be causing it to shut down when it boots up and is on my wrist?

Are you certain you haven't enabled power saving mode?

I think that device is faulty one,you should claim for replacement.
