sign in failed hotmail.com

i have started getting sign in failed for my Hotmail email account on my Galaxy s5. I have had this account on my phones for years with no problems. It tells me server password has been changed. Input changed password. I have not changed any passwords. How do I fix this. Thank you

Can you log in via a PC? I would check with hotmail.
