My signal bars when low after the 4.3 ..why ?? Even when inm on the streets anyone else??

There could have been some adjustment to the way the signal bars interacted with the actual signal. If you notice no change in the signal/coverage of voice/text/data services then nothing to really worry about. If there is, then consider a factory reset to clear out any issues that may exists and see if the problem persists.My signal bars when low after the 4.3 ..why ?? I've read that 4.3 changed the bars from showing the strength of the 1x voice signal to reflecting the strength of the data signal. I believe that shifts back instantaneously as soon as you receive or initiate a call.

Im not the smartest person in the world but what do you mean by ''4.3 changed the bars from showing the strength of the 1x voice signal to reflecting the strength of the data signal''? Does it mean now signal is weaker?
No. It just means there are two different interpretations on how signal is displayed. I wouldn't worry unless your data speeds or general call quality has decreased.
