I want to rip my hair out over this. After months of scouring the internet, i finally found an application for my Gear 2 watch, only to come into this error whilst trying to sideload the app.

I am using a Gear 2, I have no samsung phone, and I am currently undertaking most tasks by simply using command line on my computer.

Please somebody tell me why this error is occuring and if there's ANY way whatsoever to fix this. I plead and beg, I am done.

Here's the original error and issue I made on the DevForums for Samsung

Just to be clear -- do you have a Galaxy Gear S2 (which is round) or an older Galaxy Gear 2 (which is rectangular)? I'd like to move this to the proper subforum, because the Galaxy Watch subforum is for the specific model of the 1st gen Galaxy Watch (i.e., the one that's currently up to the Galaxy Watch7).

I have a rectangular Galaxy Gear 2. I apologize if this is the wrong thread I just wanted to get the largest possible audience of people who may know how to fix this issue, since so far exactly 1 person knows how to properly fix it, who has ghosted me :(

Ok, I moved this to the Gear 2 forum. To be honest, I don't think there will be many owners of the Galaxy Watch series who would know much about the Gear 2, since that's such an old device.
