Signed in lost everything

I play this cooking fever game and when I load it up it always asks me to sign into (or create an account) google play games but I just press cancel. I pressed sign in or whatever and it erased all of my progress on the game. I can't get it back tried deleting the profile but didn't help. Anyone have any advice maybe it's something simple and I'm being an *****
