Silent Mode Bug

So i was just driving home from work.and suddenly my S10P just gave out a beep(its the whatsapp notification)but didnt finish the ringtone.just like half a second.and whats wierd is that the phone is in silent mode.

I then tried calling to my S10P but it stays silent.anyone experience similar issues?
