Silicone Sleeves for The Beans

It must be costing Samsung a fortune to have all those people employed to do.... Nothing... An hour just to request 2 simple 3 cent silicone sleeves... And that is if you are lucky :-)
With multiple calls and chats ended up taking me a total of 4 hours.

I realize that not everyone will request them, but seriously what does it cost Samsung per set of those? 10 cents? 20 cents? Between the manpower to field requests and shipping costs wouldn't it cheaper and easier to just include them in the box? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah generally its 3 - 5 days response time.

My original enquiry span over 2 days, eventually between online chat and phone calls I managed to speak to an English guy and then the process started to move. Nothing against overseas operatives but A, you can hardly hear them, B you can hardly understand them, C they haven't a clue what your trying to describe and D they want to get rid of you and pass you on to another department as soon as you connect.

So I missed a call they were supposed to give me and I emailed them my address, my serial/part number, invoice and colour of my copoer buds.

Received black sleeves!

Emailed again, had a response yesterday........tic toc again lol

I asked if I was going to get black sleeves and she told me she didn't know. If I get copper maybe we can switch, lol.

Yeah it should be, from Belgium, check out the oversize box with the dinky sleeves in lol, they could have used an envelope.
My wired headphones came in a big box too. But they also sent me a new USB c cable, power brick and spen with the headphones.

I have ordered mine for fit. My left ear won't hold any type of bud without slipping out. Even my buds+ so these should give them a bit more grip in my ear.

My left falls out almost every time I use them. My right falls out about 25% of the time. Like you, I cannot wear the in-ear canal buds. I'm extremely frustrated that these haven't worked like I thought they would.

Got them today in the same white box as you and then in another brown box via DHL.

I appreciate Samsung sending them but I agree they could have been posted.

I got mine an hour ago. Brown sleeves for the bronze - pretty good match. They were wrapped in 3 plain plastic bags, one inside of another - no box or labeling. They are quite comfortable and I think decrease any sense of fatigue. I can shake my head and the buds are secure. I can even don a mask with loops over my ear without them falling out. They're a win for me.

Edit: I still have them in place and have to say they are the most comfortable buds I've ever worn.

A mask shouldn't interfere with the buds staying in at all.

You're correct, but when putting the mask on and/or removing it, the ear loops would catch the buds and cause them to dislodge. This only happened on occasion but one time had me reaching under my car in a parking lot to retrieve one.
