Receiving an email from them would be a positive next step. But I haven't gotten that far yet. I never did with the headphones either, until one day I received a shipping update from the carrier.After I had a ray of success on the phone i received an email from them and from that point on I used that to communicate, it seemed to be the most reliable way of contacting them.
