I just called 800-SAMSUNG and they gave me the sales number that I had to talk to. The number he gave me was some Medicare line? What number did you guys call?

Thank you for the part number.
It's hard work trying to get these with sending several emails to give info they want.
Hopefully they'll add these to some form of online ordering as the caps/ sleeves may need replacing after a while !

You're welcome. The rep I spoke to the other day hadn't heard of them, but he left the call for about 10 minutes while they hunted them down. And then he came back with positive news. Called them Skin Caps. But with no part number it was awkward to explain to you guys properly. So when I saw it printed on the box.... definitely had to share with you guys. They have been brilliant!! Finally the left one doesn't work its way out of my ear. It stays put.
Can anyone compare these to both the AirPods and AirPod pros as far as staying in your ears with ease??

Well, the 'black' skin caps arrived for my 'copper' Buds Live lol. Ill try again for some copper coloured caps but its no bother as they don't look too bad.

This is really a laugh and just comedy at this stage
Haha yeah its pretty funny. The email they replied to specifically said copper colour lol.
To be honest its pretty hard to see the caps when you're wearing the buds. I will fire off another email bud really its no issue if I don't get the right colour.
They do fit slightly better, even though they fitted good before.

Do you have the (R)ight cap on the (L)eft bud, or are those little dots on the one that is off below the right one not actually an L? It just appears to be a little bit of an awkward fit or is it just not down under the rubber... whatever the call the rings that come with the buds

Do you have the part number still? I just keep getting the runaround from Samsung and they don't know what I am talking about even though I read exactly what their fitment website said. I have black buds.

No the left cap is on the left bud, they just pull over the end of the bud and the speaker holes line up.

Got it. I wondered about the little tab that was over the ring that goes around the charging port and if that could be irritating. Looking back at back at Kizzy's photos it appears she has it tucked under.

Yeah that tab does look a bit uncomfortable looking but really it's no bother, Kizzy has the smaller rings on the buds, I have the larger ones so when you look at Kizzy's pictures they actually look better.
