SIM card error on Redmi Note 3

So, one week ago I unlocked my Redmi Note 3 and installed TWRP. With that I flashed the latest miui version and I flashed an android 8.1 rom that i found here https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...ompixel-experience-8-1-aosp-oreo-mr1-t3716727 It was all good, no bugs, no problem, fingerprint working but 2 days ago I went to a place where is no signal so 3 days me and my family had no signal at all! When I came back the signal icon showed that signal is available but the mobile data didn't work. I rebooted my phone and with that my SIM card on my phone won't be recognised and I got spammed with "com.android.phone" not working. I tried all the options that I found online. In the end I had to reset my phone for it to work. Now is working just fine but I don't know how to prevent this from happening again. If you know please help me. I don't want to reset my phone every time I go to that place and back!!
