Sim Card Issues

Keep getting error sim card not recognized. only happens when data roaming is turned off due to signal loss.

Anybody else??

After I get signal back all is normal again with no further occurrences.

Only problem with this (at least in my experience with the Maxx) is that you end up having to factory reset the phone when you install a new 4g sim card.

There should be no need to do that. Power the phone down, remove the sim, let sit for about 5-10mins, reinsert new sim, power phone back on.
