Missed your post. Sorry you're having that issue. I haven't experienced it so don't gave any advice, unfortunately.
Has it been an issue the entire time on Beta or just with the latest? (5)
Assuming you've already wiped cache partition?
If worse comes to worse, you can always roll back to 7.0 using Smart Switch.
