Since doing a update on my phone it's so slow and taking all my data and battery life

I did a software update on my samsung s5 and it's slow the battery life keeps going on it and all my data is going I don't even know why and all my messages are not sending

I am having the same problem and also my phone is hotter than usual

First, try a Cache Partition wipe, which will cause no loss of personal data.

If that doesn't do it, get back to us and we'll offer advice about factory resetting.
