Since software update, my S6 Active signal is terrible

When I woke up a few weeks ago, my S6 Active had updated to 5.0.2 software. Since then, my signal has been terrible, especially in my home. Often I can't send a messages, and when people text me, the messages don't come through sometimes for hours. Often, people call me over and over, but my phone won't ring. I didn't have this problem until the update.

First, try a Cache Partition wipe.

If no go, consider a Backup & Reset. Let us know if you need advice on the best way to do that without losing personal data.

Well, I already did a system restore, but did it incorrectly, which caused me to lose everything. The worst part is, it didn't help my signal problem.

Welcome as a new member.

Have you spoken to your carrier about the poor signal? Is this the signal strength as indicated in the status bar? If so, what number of bars do you see?
