Since the last update, my phone won't work without 4g/wifi acesses.

the last up date for my g3note, I can not text or use my apps without 4g/wifi. When I get into a 3g area, my phone is useless. I am with Sprint, so I have to roam a lot in my area. Which I was able to do before the update. I have tried changing the roam settings and network settings. with no results.

Sprint jokes not withstanding, do you have voice and data roaming enabled?
