Since update to Marshmallow I'm having several app problems.

Since Samsung automatically updated my Galaxy A3 phone from lollipop, to marshmallow 6.1. Apps, including Facebook will not work properly. I'm unable to have control of errors I make in comments. Unable to edit, copy, delete or copy.
Also auto-predict has annoying word mistakes.
Apps that need to use sync, are always failing. There's so many problems to mention. I would like to know how I can restore my phone back to reliable, lollipop 5.0.3, or get help with Marshmallow 6.1 ? 😯😭

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

Thanks. I've just received your reply. I'll try that and let you know if it sorts it. Cheers, B.Diddy🤘

Thanks, but I can't see the video clearly, the settings on the boot screen are unclear.

You mean you can't see them clearly on your phone, or in that video?

1. Power down completely.
2. Press and hold Home, Power, and Vol Up until you see the Recovery Menu (with the Android lying on its back).
3. Use Vol Down to scroll the highlight "Wipe Cache Partition," which is the 5th option in that list.
4. Press Power to select it, then use the Vol Down button again to scroll down to the confirmation and press Power again.
5. The cache wipe might take only a few seconds, or it might take up to 5 minutes, depending on the device.
6. Once it's done, make sure Reboot System Now (the first option in the list) is highlighted, then press Power.
