Size of Storage space

I'm very confused. Where do I look to find out the size of my Nexus 7...whether it is an 8GB or 16GB. I'll explain when I find out how. Thanks!

Less than 8gb if it is an 8gb and more than 8gb if it is a 16gb.

Well then...I am one lucky girl!!! I ordered the 8GB on Thursday as it was the only one they had in Stock. I got it delivered today. When I go to setting/storage...it says Total space 13.24GB.
Also I just looked at the box & it says 16GB Brown. I can't believe it!!!

Where did you order from, and how much did you pay? The only place you can buy the 8 gig is the play store, the retail outlets only have the 16gig's

I got it from the Play store & I payed for the $199 for the 8GB

You seem to be very lucky! Congrats! Interesting that the box says brown. I just looked at mine and it says brown too. Someone had posted a few days back that Staples in Canada was advertising brown Nexus 7's and everyone thought they were crazy. It looks more black to me than brown, though.

I thought it was black. I'll look tomorrow when it is daytime.

The weird thing is I have been calling everywhere all day to buy a 16GB (I was going to send the 8GB back) so I pre ordered one online from another store. I just canceled that order!

You do know your luck has also removed any warranty you may of had since the numbers won't last. If they do honor the warranty you will receive an 8gb in replacement.

Not if i tell them about it and pay the difference. I decided i wanted the 16gb anyway so i dont mind paying. Im lucky in the fact that i got the one i really wanted!
