What good is it having Skills apps on your Amazon echo dot if you do not work??

I have several skills enabled (mainly use the sleep sounds skill). All the ones I tried worked as advertised. What skills are you trying to use, and what isn't working with them.

Side note: it may take a few minutes from when you enable a skill to when it's available.

Hi Ratsttam thank you for replying back to me. Doctor DEXMD and medical assistant skills I have both of them enabled. have tried to disable and reenable but still will not work
