slide to unlock is causing problems

Hi there,

I hated the slide to unlock on my Thunderbolt, but really like it on my Rezound except for it's causing me some problems. I would prefer *not* to disable the slide to unlock so maybe there's a tip or trick someone knows of that can help.

I have several alarms and notifications that turn my screen on when they go off, and then of course there's my phone ringing which displays the incoming call info. When I slide to unlock I've unintentionally disconnected incoming calls and turned off several alarms or notifications that I would prefer to have snoozed instead.

Any suggestions for being keeping slide to unlock enabled but have this action not disturb incoming calls or notifications that are displayed on the screen?

When answering a phone call, you should be sliding the "answer", or "ignore" icon INTO the ring. If you're sliding the ring to unlock the phone when someone is calling - that's probably why you're having problems.
