Slingbox is the only thing holding me back from June 4 switch...Help?

Looks like a final product already, guess they are just waiting for the phone to be released..

Next question is how are they going to charge it, can we transfer BlackBerry, Windows phone, Palm OS, or Symbian smartphones paid license to this one?

This is for Android in general not just for the EVO. I doubt that's what is holding them back.
