slow browser? CM7

My internet loading time on the nook is sort of laggy, gets half way and hangs for a while... tried 3 seperate browsers, dolphin , stock opera, opera is the best but still hangs. I do have strong wifi connection... speed test on the cm7 10mb /sec all green bars

my read speed = 13.6mbs / write speed 4.6mbs

Can this be because of my class 2 SD card? ( 4gb class 2 ) Would the class 2 effect the browser load time?

Not sure about the browser load time but it'll slow everything else. I've got a class 10 4GB card and it runs very smooth including the browser(s). I use Dolphin, Firefox and stock. Dolphin is the fastest.

Yes it can. I had that problem too with an 8 gig Patriot Class 10 card. It was so slow everything would lock up. Switched to a 4 gig Sandisk Class 4 and all is well.

The browser is trying to write a whole bunch of little files to the SD card as it loads a website. If the SD card can't write small files quickly then the browser will load slow. See the link for a good explanation.
