I don't get these claims of this phone charging slowly. No, it's not a 'fast charging' phone but that doesn't mean that it charges slowly either.
This phone charges up quicker than my Note ever did.

You guys having slow charge issues?
I haven't timed mine, maybe I should. I just plug it up and walk away and when I come back it's ready.

IDk, apparently, some people bought the Zflip 3 that are a lot more important than me and need to launch a missile from it or something.

it's not a "claim" it's a fact and almost every review mentions it. also, consumers are speaking about it and it's the number one reason the flip is being returned. YMMV however and that's why Samsung makes them in all shapes and sizes.

It charges fast enough for me. I don't notice much difference from my s21.

I'm not arguing, I just wondering is anyone else having a problem with it. I mean, what qualifies as 'slow' to one person may not be 'slow' to another.
Standards change with technology changes.
Maybe the standard for 'slow' got changed as well.
The flip3 is by FAR not a perfect phone but 2 weeks in and I'm still loving every slow-charging (I guess?) second with it.

Everyone uses their cells differently and some may need a lightning-fast super-duper charge. In which case, this phone may not be a good fit for them.

For me...It's not like it's my transportation to work or anything.

I just charge and I use it and I keep moving.

It charges slow compared to a 65 watt Oneplus or even a 25 watt s21. So yeah, but the flip will still go from 22% to like 65% in short order. So no I don't have any complaints.

It doesn't seem to take any longer to charge than my S10e did. Good enough for me.

I accidentally didn't place mine on the wireless charger right last night. I woke up and it was 11 percent. I plugged it into this rapid charging cable I use and in 15 minutes it was 23 percent. 15 minutes later it was 38.
That's just not slow charging in my book.

By direct comparison on charger block that came with my Note 20 ultra the ultra would go from 15% to 75% in 30 minutes while the Flip3 gained 20% from 15% to 35% in 30 minutes. Both having clock on AOD going. Fastest wireless charging option selected in both instances. Both devices playing music on bedside table.

So in a little over an hour the flip can go from 15 to its 85 max (for those using battery saver).. If I need it to do something urgent I can use it while it charges on a cable. Again, we're all different. But I welcome an hour away from my phone if needed. I have a life to live outside of my cell phone.

I use a Samsung OEM 25watt charger and it's pretty fast.

Is it safe to use a 25watt charger? Just ignorance on my end, looking to use the best charging method to conserve the battery for long term. I charged wirelessly with my zerolemon toughjuice last night, seemed to do ok.

I have used a 25W charger since I received the phone at the end of August...because it is what I had! Haven't had any issues with it so far.
