Have no idea if this has been posted before...I didn't see it though. Leaving this as an FYI in case anyone else has this problem.
Just bought a Nexus 7 2013 last week, and absolutely love it. But was having an annoying issue with Wifi. Even with I was right next to the router and it was showing a strong signal, web pages were sluggish and anything internet-related took forever.
Found this site and this fixed it for me. I think all it is doing is resetting the packet size. But it works. it requires you install this app though: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...tails?id=local.pivot.pingmeter&token=YVedNak1
