Smart Cover Not Working

I've had an HTC M8 for over 2 years and loved it. I have always had a smart flip cover on it, which turns the screen on when I flip open the cover and turns the screen off when I close the cover.

Now I've upgraded to the HTC 10 and purchased a smart flip cover, but it is not turning the screen on and off when I open and close it.

Any thoughts?

maybe u have the ice view case app turned off

I've checked and double-checked the Ice View app. Even installed and uninstalled the updates to it, but it appears to be working fine.

Happened to me too. I was getting the whole phone through the plastic window. I couldn't figure it out after about 5 minutes of looking. I switched back to a regular case.

Only time the actual phone screen show through my case is when I have the Ice View case app set to off...
