"Smart" tag in phone tag

Does anyone know what a gray color rectangle with a word "Smart" in it shown next to a phone number in a phone log means? Some of the callers have this tag next to their number. Thanks.

Nobody knows? Please look at your call log. Do you see word "smart" next to some callers' phone numbers?

The only time 'smart' appears in my list is when it's a telemarketer or fraud/scam call, to which I usually block, but I did find one or two I forgot to get rid of after reading your post
