Smartlock

I have been able to add bluetooth devices through Smartlock (headset, car, speaker, etc.) without much trouble. One device will not let me do this Wahoo Fitness Blue Tooth Smart Heart Rate Strap: https://ddpyoga.com/products/blue-tooth-smart-heart-rate-strap?variant=5949450757

It will not pair because Smartlock will not allow it to happen. Suggestions?

I have the same issue with my Garmin Vivoactive. The issue as I understand it is it doesn't make itself available to anything except the Garmin app once it's setup.

A workaround with mixed results has been to un-pair it from the app, then pair it to Android as a standard BT device. Then set Smartlock, and then configure it in the app.

Don't know if that will work for your Wahoo, but may be worth a shot.
