Okay, so I downloaded and set preferences for the SMS Backup and Restore and I followed the guide info on how to set up, etc.
Whenever I open the xml file, IE opens to a very blank, white, empty page.
What is wrong here? I can't even SEE these messages now! When I first backed them up I did get them to open in IE, but they were in no logical order. I was hoping to organize them a little better, but now I can't even see them.
Any thoughts on this? Thanks for any help.
