SMS help

I'm having a problem with my texts. When receiving texts, my phone is breaking them up and giving me maybe 100 characters max. It's sending me 3 different broken up msgs rather than giving them all in one, as it used to do. Does anyone know what may be causing this? It just started yesterday and it's frustrating. I use GO SMS, but it's breaking them up in the stock app as well. Any help would be much appreciated!

I think there is a setting the text message app that can help.

Uninstalled GO SMS and it's still happening. Appears to limit to around 70 characters per msg.

Just a guess here, but is it possible that whoever is sending you these texts has a phone that splits them up?

Could be. I know my Pre had a limit to the number of characters in a text, and it would break them up into multiple text messages.
