SMS MMS APN question

If I send an MMS with a smiley, it doesn't go through. If I remove the smiley, MMS is sent. If I just send the smiley itself it also works. What is wrong?

Also my phone has changed the APN settings to two choices: SPUSU (mass.at) and IMS. Have changed back to the supplier's but what is the above for something (Sweden)?

I think that APN is Austria
Which one is highlighted ? Should be SPUSU (mass.at)

So How come I got an Austria APN in Sweden?
