You can setup global Badge Notifications on Android just like on iOS for ALL Apps (not just SMS / GMail / Missed Calls like the other "Unread Count" type Apps).

I could not find the setting for it. I have to unlock the phone before I could read my message

Just downloaded the app. Pretty nice. The only issue I've come across is that after you quick reply, the default messaging app still shows an unread message notification on the app the logo (on the app itself, not a notification in the notification bar) until you create a new message. If I could turn that off, I'd be pretty happy.

Just downloaded the app. Pretty nice. I am having the same problem have u figured out how to fix it yet. I haven't had a chance to google it yet

The Popup Notifications app name has been changed to Glowfly.

Thanks! I found it and it works great, I also have the problem where the stock messenger still shows unread messages even though I read them and replied through the pop up. Has anyone come up with a solution to that yet?
