I was wondering if it would have sense or not... that kinda sucks.. but would one be able to put it on if one roots their phone??

Also.. to the topic.. I have been wondering the same thing (like maybe Nexus one is the US name) and Passion is the world name??? Something like that because they are VERY similar spec-wise and in looks.

Yes you will be able to port sense ui over once the hackers work it out (need root of course).

As far as this being the passion, no, but it is a version of that line of phones, just will be TMO / ATT's version, and will be stock android. The Nexus One is the first of a line of phones which are similar, but not the only "US" version. There will be a CDMA release named either Passion or Incredible with Sense UI, and the European version I believe is the Bravo.
