Samsung always does that and then later on bring a color everyone likes but too late because you already got one lolProbably gray or black S20+
Though I'm a little disappointed by this year's color options.

That I have no clue , my s10+ is pearl white I like that color. You'd think black/blue/white should be standard offering .Yeah, and why is there no white one -- usually a pretty standard color offering. Samsung often does white devices really well, too, so it's a real shame.

Besides the S10 and Note 10 series Samsung hasn't had a white flagship phone since the S6. I wish they would add more colors to the U.S market like red, green or even a nice shade of blue since it's their official color.
It really is weird that there isn't even a black option on the regular S20, let alone no white. There's also a vacancy in the market for a high-end Android flagship in gold. I have a co-worker that went iPhone 11 Pro over S10 and Note10 *just* because there was no gold option in the S10 or Note10.
I've tagged Samsung on Twitter encouraging them to view not only the tweets complaining about color options, but to check out this forum. It seems like such an easy thing to get right, and yet... Samsung repeatedly disappoints on the color front. The S7, Note7, and S10 were the only half-exceptions for me.
Agreed, especially since most devices end up in casesNo offense to your co-worker, but going with a phone over color alone is bonkers in my mind. LOL
I like and use iOS daily, but there's no way I'd give up my Note 10+ just because it didn't come in gold.
Many people such as myself use clear cases.Agreed, especially since most devices end up in cases
Understood, as do I at times, but the majority of cases sold are not clear. Many people such as myself use clear cases.
Just because it ends up in a case doesn't mean I want a pink phoneAgreed, especially since most devices end up in cases
You're right but that's because you want a pink phone anywayJust because it ends up in a case doesn't mean I want a pink phone![]()
I wash my cases in the dishwasher and usually have 3 in my rotation. They're cheap enough that I'll get several and just get rid of them if the discolouration is bad.Device colors became irrelevant as soon as front bezel stopped matching the rear panel.
As far as Samsung's concerned, that's every device that came after the S7/Edge and Note 7/FE
With those, as you use the phone you'd see the color, which was especially nice if you had a coral blue one.
Starting with the S8, bezels were always black, therefore color options became pretty much irrelevant.
Clear cases are nice, but how long do they stay that way before they tarnish to a less-pretty yellow, followed by brown?
