I saw that article as well when it came out.

Well, it came out ~10 days ago, so there has to be new, more current info. It's a matter of finding out who would tell us.

I'm less optimistic because of the experience one of the recent past years, when the tracking number was available early on, then everything just SAT there for what seemed like an eternity. Only a couple of days prior to the brick and mortar's general available date did it finally start to make the first move in tracking! That was such a disappointing year.

That's true.

I ordered during Unpacked and my $50 reservation discount hasn't properly populated on my account yet. Only late at night, around 7pm, did I receive an email saying that $50 is ready.

What a horrible way to do business, Samsung!

It's simply incompetence.

No way to navigate with such a large organization to claim it back, besides canceling and starting the ordering process all over again.

Bummer.

I never know how the $50 savings works. This is the first year I've actually used it. Usually when I order during the event, I never see it. I'm in no hurry this year (crazy lol, I know) so I didnt mind cancelling and reordering the phone.

It seems like anyone who pre-ordered on the day of the Unpacked Event automatically got the $50 rolled into all the discounts. I didn't even see any Buds Pro 3 for free, although I didn't need them anyway. I had a decent amount to use towards Buds but again since I didn't need them I wasn't about to pay anything out of pocket.

When you ordered the S25U you would've paid little using your 130 instant credit. They usually give you a discount when purchasing a phone.

More than just counting days for turning from a tracking number to actual movement, i think it might be more telling to see what was the promised date last year as well.

compare your actual received date to the promised date, then work backwards from February 7th, which is this year's promised date.

what do you think please? does this make sense? or is my logic off?

I didn't purchase the S25 Ultra this year. However, in the past, I got my S22 Ultra and S24 Ultra two days before the official release date. I ordered both from Samsung factory unlocked.

I looked back on order from last year too saw the exact same dates. I really hope we start to see movements and delivery by the end of next week

Mine should be around 7 days from now but that's because it only went in the other day.

From Samsung id camp on the site for the preorder button and by extension be in the first flights and get mine early.

If you order a online exclusive, Samsung probably runs a lottery and you joined. Color popularity obviously only makes that worse.

T-Mobile is more reliable than Samsungs dates. There's another reason but can't go into it.
