For everyone who already got shipping label created, did you order standard colors or online-exclusive colors? I preordered S25U in Jet Black and still see the Cancel button.
My guess is, if you tried to cancel, you would get an error. Samsung does not update their system to the point you get your product and days later they will update to finally say delivered.

You're right, I've seen the app not update and say still in process while getting a text or email saying device on the way with tracking number

I ordered the s25U in the Samsung app, but I ordered it to be paid through tmobile, I don't see the cancel button anywhere, I see a link to a label created but I think it's for Trade in shipping.. And I got a message from tmobile today 26th thanking me for the purchase made on the 24th, even though I bought the phone at Samsung on the 22nd.

I don't see the $50 reservation on my bill, but I received the Buds free and other discounts. For the trade in my final price was $540, if I go to buy the same thing today, I have to pay $19 for the Buds and the final amount with the $50 credit is still $540.

You have to do it thru the browser, not the app then it shows the 50.00 dollars.

btw, i tried testing how much i'd pay if i were to buy it now versus during Unplugged, which was when i placed the order, before Unplugged was even over.

there are more credits available to me now. it's hard to understand what they are offering in terms of credits, very confusing, but i can see it's more than when i placed my order.

this is somewhat upsetting as i want to buy a Samsung Smartwatch 7 now (just was made aware of the importance of Fall Detection capabilities), and it's too late to buy it at the far more favorable price WHEN i was placing my S25 Ultra order :(

what a bummer!

you'd think that samsung.com's site would have enough of a memory to know that i JUST placed my S25 Ultra order! the watch7 is around $330, but a small amount of rebates are available. what's really dumb is that the strap options on samsung.com's site that COMES WITH the watch has limited size (of strap) options! Color x only comes in large, for example, while color y only comes in small. to buy these straps as accessories? Hah! $50 or $60 on samsung.com!!! ransom prices. not nice, Samsung.

Update
I just logged into my tmobile account to see if there was any message about the purchase, and what I found was that under my username the s23U that I offered as a trade in no longer appears as my assigned phone, but a Google Pixel 4 instead appears.

Samsung put restrictions on the package. UPS my choice won't let you send it to a UPS store or change delivery date. Is it possible to call samsung and have them take the restrictions off so I can go to the UPS store and not miss work and sit around at home all day?

It's in UPS my choice. It won't let me pick a delivery date change. Says shipper put restrictions on it.

one would think that of all the folks on this forum, that at some point, someone who actually has knowledge of Samsung's warehouse's workings would pitch in and say something to educate us about shipping dates, how dates are determined, etc.

but no! no one with actual knowledge about how Samsung's warehouse and inventory works has told us anything!

No they usually don't budge. They usually have to make the first attempt before you can hold at store.

There’s definitely a chance! “By Feb 7th” leaves room for an early surprise. If they ship Monday, Wednesday delivery sounds possible. Fingers crossed for a quick turnaround like in previous years!

This is the first time I am ordering an unlocked device.

I wonder if those are quicker to ship? They don't need any additional processing to assign SIM or anything. Wishful thinking, I'm sure.

My UPS app shows label created and 1.4lbs. I have the screen protectors coming today from FedEx. I ordered the buds 3 pro as well. Couldn't pass them up for $45. I'll have 2 sets of buds2 pro and 2 sets of buds3 pro. Also the original pros and 2 other other models. Wish the battery life was better with noise canceling. Constantly switching between my 3s and 2s.

Well, since there wasn't any UPS movement last night or this morning thus far, does that mean no Wednesday delivery possible?

The delivery will be between Thursday this week and Friday next week then?

While we wait for some new status to arrive on the shipment of the long-awaited phone. I would like to assume that none of us here won the $5000 that Samsung offered in the registration or reservation.

When I ordered, I had an option on whether or not to require a signature on the shipment when I checked out. If I switched it to require a signature, it noted that I'd be unable to change the delivery (such as to a UPS store). I left it to not require a signature so that I will be able to pick it up at a UPS store.

I'll also note that while I can currently change to leave at a neighbors or to completely change the address, I'm not currently able to ship to a UPS store -- I believe you can't do that until the package has been picked up by UPS.
