When I ordered, I had an option on whether or not to require a signature on the shipment when I checked out. If I switched it to require a signature, it noted that I'd be unable to change the delivery (such as to a UPS store). I left it to not require a signature so that I will be able to pick it up at a UPS store.

I'll also note that while I can currently change to leave at a neighbors or to completely change the address, I'm not currently able to ship to a UPS store -- I believe you can't do that until the package has been picked up by UPS.

I saw that too. So when UPS picks it up will I be able to change it to a UPS store? When they use Fedex they don't give you any options. Must be to the address and signed for.

Pretty sure once ups has your package you can change that. It may cause a delay if you don't catch it quick enough. Also you need to have a My Choice account.

Anyone else notice on the return label that the old device must be shipped back by February 7? I can't imagine they expect us to ship the old devices back the same day that we get the new one.

Timeframe will update based on the confirmation they receive from UPS on when your phone was delivered. No worries on the return by date.

honestly, wouldn't you imagine that by now, someone who really knows the inner workings of Samsung and its warehouse in TX would have chimed in and give us some idea?

you'd think crowd-sourcing ideas would work well in a situation like this! surely, someone from Samsung or related parties would be on this forum and chimed in by now!

Usually it doesn't delay it. If it was 1 day no big deal. My ups store knows me well I'm there every week and trust their owners and staff.
