it is now 2:25PM EST and still UPS' site says "not yet in possession of".

sigh. we don't even know for certain whether samsung will even actually hand over the phones to UPS today or not!

Now I just have to decide on a case :/
@blueyzfr6: like you, i'm also waiting for a case.

in my situation, the case i want just says "Coming Soon", how odd? it's a case that's quite popular and has been around for many years! wonder why they couldn't get these on a timely basis?

i want the Spigen Liquid Crystal case, CLEAR color.

Late to the party again, lol. UPS doesn’t have my package yet, but it’s supposed to be delivered on Thursday.

Ohh I'm so excited for all of you guys! No movement for mine, I'm sure I'll get it by next week.

I remember in some past phone releases that UPS held the phones for a few days before releasing them. I'm not going to get my hopes up to high, I'd guess sometime next week.

I always get my phones late, because... I live just 15 miles away from Samsung Coppell site, and they do local delivery. 🙄 Still no shipping notification.

The packages are staged for pickup. UPS should have the packages by the end of the day.
In most cases, and I believe this to be the same, Samsung fills UPS aircraft containers in the Samsung/distributors warehouse. UPS will transit those containers to the UPS air hub in Louisville, KY. At this point is where some containers first get opened and individual packages scanned.

However, sometimes to large urban areas the container may be labeled to the destination airport hub before it's opened. In this case, your shipment may show a Louisville scan, but it also may not. Sometimes the first scans are in the destination city just before it shows out for delivery....

They will. You usually see movement of the packages late in the day general night time. I'm convinced that those of us that ordered on the first day will receive priority shipping so generally one day movement.
